Final pricing will be confirmed in the written contract, which both parties must sign. Payment terms, including deposits and progress payments, will be clearly outlined in the contract.
3. Payment Terms

Both parties may terminate the agreement with written notice. If the client chooses to terminate, they will be responsible for paying for work completed up to the termination date. If Hamiter Construction & Renovation LLC terminates the contract, any deposits paid will be refunded, minus the cost of any work already completed.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. Hamiter Construction & Renovation LLC will not disclose client details, plans, or other sensitive information to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
8. Amendments
Hamiter Construction & Renovation LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client and will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or as otherwise indicated.
